HASH BROWN CHEESE POTATOES 
1 lg. pkg. hash browns (2 lb.)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (6-7 oz.) Pet milk
1 can cream of chicken
1/2 c. onion, if desired
1 pkg. shredded Velveeta cheese

Butter your pan. Take hash browns out of freeze, break up into small pieces. Melt butter over low heat with Pet milk.

Mix cheese, sour cream, soup, and onions with hash browns, pour melted mixture into hash browns and mix. Bake 1 hour at 300-325 degrees until desired texture.
