CHEESE HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
3/4 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix and then pour into a 9"x13" pan. For a topping, crush 2 cups corn flakes and mix with 3/4 stick melted butter and put over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 10.
