FROZEN PICKLES 
7 c. very thinly sliced cucumbers
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped bell peppers
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 c. apple cider vinegar

Mix first 3 ingredients. Then mix last 4 thoroughly. Pour the sugar-vinegar mixture over the cucumbers and stir well. Pack in freezer containers and freeze until needed. Pickles, when thawed, store well if refrigerated one package at a time.
