CRUSTED POTATOES 
1 lb. baking potatoes
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Grated cheese
Seasoned or Italian bread crumbs

Wash and peel potatoes. Cut potatoes into chunks, a little larger than bite size. In a baking pan, cover bottom of pan with 1/2 inch of oil. Place potatoes in pan. Sprinkle potatoes with all seasonings, to taste, leaving seasoned Italian bread crumbs for last. Cover potatoes generously with seasonings and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 375 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes. Serves 4.
