POTATO CRUST QUICHE 
3 c. potatoes, grated
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 to 2 c. cooked broccoli
1 c. shredded cheese
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. ham, diced

Rinse grated potatoes so they do not turn dark. Mix potatoes, 1 egg and flour. Press into a deep pie dish that is greased. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix all other ingredients. Pour into baked crust. Return to oven set at 350 degrees. Bake until custard is set and lightly browned, 50 to 60 minutes.
