CRUSTED POTATOES 
6 cold boiled potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
6 strips of bacon
1 c. crushed corn flakes or corn flake crumbs

Cream butter until soft. Rub over peeled potatoes. Roll potatoes in corn flakes. Roll a strip of bacon around each potato. Bake in a 375 degree oven until bacon is crisp; about 20 minutes. Great with a roast of any kind and can be prepared ahead and baked at the end of the roasting.
