SALMON LOAF 
2 c. red salmon
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. med. white sauce
1/2 c. whole milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. bread crumbs

Add lemon juice to salmon. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Turn into a greased baking dish or loaf pan. Bake 350 until brown and set.

Serve with 2 cups white sauce to which have been added 1 can green peas and 1/2 cup shredded raw carrots.
