SALMON LOAF 
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
10 oz. chopped spinach
2 c. cooked macaroni
Shredded cheese
1 can salmon

Beat eggs, milk, lemon juice, salt together. Mix 1 cup of egg mixture with spinach. Spread 1 cup of mixture in greased loaf pan. Put 1 cup macaroni on top, sprinkle with cheese. Add 1/2 cup egg mixture and remaining spinach, then remaining macaroni. Sprinkle with cheese, the rest of the egg and then on top put salmon. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
