COOKED CHEESE 
1 sm. carton cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 inch chunk Velveeta cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. caraway seed

Let mixture set several hours or overnight.

Cook in double boiler for 30 minutes, stirring often. Let set in ice water and whip with mixer until thick. Add caraway seed and keep in refrigerator. Good served with your favorite crackers.
