SPANISH RICE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion
1 bell pepper
Garlic powder
1 c. minute rice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Mexi corn
Salt
Pepper

Brown ground meat with onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes plus juice. Add 1 can Mexi corn and juice. Sprinkle 1 cup minute rice over meat mixture. Cook until rice is tender.
