CURRIED SHRIMP SALAD 
2 c. water chestnuts, drained & chopped
2 c. sm. shrimp, cooked
1/2 lemon (juice only)
5 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Mayonnaise to right consistency

Mix all ingredients, using amount of mayonnaise you desire. Chill. Serve on lettuce. NOTE: This is a good sandwich or cocktail cream puff filling.
