CURRIED SHRIMP CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp, rinsed and drained and flaked
2 tbsp. minced onions

Combine coconut and curry powder; mix well. Spread mixture on a baking sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Cool and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into a ball, (mixture will be sticky) roll in coconut and chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 5 inch cheese ball.
