SHRIMP BALLS 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash cayenne pepper
Dash salt

Add all ingredients to the softened cream cheese. Drain 4 1/2 ounce can small shrimp. Break into pieces. Mix and chill. Roll in 1" balls; roll in crushed salted mixed nuts, approximately 2/3 cup. These can be frozen.
