CHILI CHEESE BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1 (8 oz.) can chopped green chilies
2 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded

Melt butter in a 9"x13" baking pan.

Beat eggs well in a large bowl. Add flour, baking powder and salt; stir until smooth.

Stir in chilies, cottage cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Pour into pan and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, then at 350°F for 40 minutes or until light brown and set.

Serves 8 to 10.
