CHEESE AND CHILE QUICHE 
10 eggs
1 pt. cottage cheese (fine)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 can chopped green chilies Ortega 7 oz.
1/2 c. melted butter

Blend eggs, cottage cheese. Sift baking powder, salt, flour. Pour in large bowl. Add grated cheese and chili, butter and mix well. Pour in 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 400 degrees (preheated) 15 minutes, turn down 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.

Test finger in middle, if stays down not done. Cut squares (1 inch) and serve with toothpicks. Glass or corning ware. Start 375 and turn down to 325 degrees.
