CHILI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1 (8 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch Pyrex pan. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add flour mixture. Pour melted butter from pan with chilies, cottage cheese, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese; mix well. Turn into Pyrex dish (that had melted butter) and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 to 45 minutes longer or until casserole is set. Serve warm or cold.
