1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 pt. cottage cheese
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Bacon

Combine cheese, milk, flour, cottage cheese, eggs, and 1/4 cup melted butter. Spread remaining 1/4 cup in 9x13 inch dish. Pour cheese mixture into dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until golden and set.
