CHILI CHEESE SQUARES 
1/2 c. butter (1 cube)
1/2 c. flour
Dash of salt
1 pt. Farmer's cottage cheese
10 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
8 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 lb. Tillamook cheese

Melt butter in 13x9x2 Pyrex baking dish. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl; add flour, baking powder, salt and blend. Mix with egg beater and add melted butter, chilies, cottage cheese and grated cheese. Mix all together.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 35-40 minutes longer until golden brown. Can be made ahead and frozen.
