POLISH SAUSAGE SKILLET DINNER 
1 link beef smoked Polish sausage
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 large onion, sliced
1 small bag of mini carrots
1 small head of cabbage, cut into 4-6 wedges
1/4 c. of water
Salt
Pepper

In a 12-inch skillet, slice, and place sausage in a pinwheel. Layer sliced wedges of cabbage, altering between sausage. Scatter cubed potatoes and carrots, over the top of sausage and cabbage. Pour 1/4 cup of water over food, and cover with a lid. Allow pan to come to a boil. Put it on low, and steam for 15 to 20 minutes, until carrots and potatoes are done.

Serve with butter. A very hearty and comforting dinner.
