CHILI PIE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 oz. shredded cheese
1 egg
Dash of salt

Mix and press into pie pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until brown.

FILLING:

2 tsp. oil
1/2 c. diced onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper
6 oz. dark kidney beans
5 oz. cooked ground beef
1 c. canned whole chopped tomatoes

Fill prebaked pie and top with 2 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

1 bread, 1/2 vegetable, 3 protein, 1 fruit.
