QUICK CHILI RICE DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 c. corn
1 c. diced green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. Minute Rice
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onions; drain. Add remaining ingredients except for rice and cheese; cover and bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Serves 4 to 6.
