CHILI RICE BAKE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. onions, celery, pepper
1 can tomato paste
2 cans beef broth
3 c. cooked rice
2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. cheddar cheese

Brown hamburgers, onions, celery and pepper; add tomato paste and broth. Add rice, cover with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
