SCALLOPED GOURMET PORK CHOPS 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lg. onion, sliced
5-6 potatoes, peeled & sliced
4-5 pork chops
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Prepared mustard
Milk

In casserole dish layer of raw potatoes, sliced and layer of onions, sliced. Sprinkle salt on potatoes. Brown pork chops in oil then cover with mustard. Put in casserole. Mix cream of celery soup, 1 can of milk and 1/2 teaspoon marjoram together. Pour over ingredients in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cook covered.
