SCALLOPED PORK CHOPS AND
POTATOES
 
4-5 lbs. potatoes
4-6 pork chops
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1 grated onion
Salt and pepper

Brown pork chops in a little vegetable oil; set aside. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Peel and slice potatoes into 9x13 pan. Heat tomatoes and grated onion in pan used to brown chops. Salt and pepper potatoes. Arrange chops on top. Pour hot tomatoes over all. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours depending on amount, until potatoes in center of pan are well done. (Cover with foil while baking.)
