PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
1 small chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. water with 2 cubes (beef bouillon)
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown round steak with next 5 ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. Add green pepper strips over top. Cook 10 minutes, covered. Mix cornstarch and soy sauce well; add to steak. Stir well. Serve over rice.
