SOUR CREAM HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Season ground beef with salt and pepper; shape into 4 patties. In heavy skillet; melt butter over medium heat. Cook patties until brown, about 3 minutes on each side.
