CHICKEN BREASTS DIVAN 
1/4 c. butter
4 chicken breasts, boned & split
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears, cooked & drained
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in a large skillet. Sprinkle salt and paprika over chicken; brown. Remove. Place broccoli in greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan; top with chicken. Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; spread over chicken. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 20 to 25 minutes or until nice and brown. Sprinkle cheese over top, place under broiler 2 to 3 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.
