Apple Dumplings

 Diane says:
Good flavor but disappointed that the crescent dough seemed too doughy; maybe the moisture from the apples along with the orange juice in the pan and covering with foil trapped too much moisture in. Next time I will try to remove the foil for the last ten minutes of baking time. I prefer the dough to be crispy like a regular crescent.

I took Diane's advice and removed the foil for the last 10 minutes and they turned out awesome! Great flavor and the crescent rolls were slightly crunching on the top. My family loved them and I will certainly make them again since they are so easy.

Use mountain dew instead if orange juice. Much better! You'll love it.
