APPLE CRUMB PIE 
4 lg. tart apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 unbaked pie crust

Peel, slice and arrange apples in pie crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon. Sift remaining 1/4 cup sugar and flour. Cut butter into sugar and flour until very crumbly.

Sprinkle with apples. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 to 45 minutes longer or until apples are very tender and crust is slightly browned.
