PUMPKIN CRUMB CAKE 
CRUST:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (dry)
1 egg
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix and pat on bottom and sides of 9"x13" pan.

FILLING:

1 (29 oz.) can solid pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/4 c. white sugar
2/3 c. Pet evaporated milk

Mix and pour over crust.

TOPPING:

1 c. reserved cake mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter

Mix and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until pumpkin sets.
