AVOCADO DIP 
1 ripe avocado
1 (8 oz.) Philly cream cheese
1 sm. can Ortega chili peppers
4-6 chopped green onions
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Milk
Salt
1 pkg. potato chips
1 pkg. corn chips

Soften cream cheese, at room temperature, and mash with fork. Add avocado and continue mashing and blending. Add mashed chili peppers and blend together. Chop green onions very small, chop garlic very small and add. Add mayonnaise and enough milk for smooth dipping and salt to taste.
