TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
1 doz. tortillas, butter each one
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
Chili powder to taste
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can chili with beans or 1 can kernel corn
1 sm. can sliced olives

Saute the hamburger and onion, then add salt, pepper, paprika, chile powder, enchilada sauce, chili with beans and olives. Simmer for about 20 minutes.

In a deep casserole dish, layer meat mixture, tortilla, meat mixture, tortilla, until all have been used. Top with grated cheese. Put in a slow oven, about 300 degrees for about 30 minutes.
