HAM AND CHEESE BISCUIT ROLL-UPS | |
2 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. water 1-2 tbsp. prepared mustard 6 oz. thinly sliced ham 1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese (4 oz.) 1/4 c. sliced green onions with tops 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix Bisquick and water until dough form. Gently smooth dough into ball on cloth covered surface dusted with baking mix. Knead 15 times. Roll dough into rectangle 15 x 9 inch. Spread with mushrooms. Arrange ham on rectangle; sprinkle with cheese, onions and mushrooms. Roll up tightly beginning at 15 inch side. Pinch edge of dough into roll. For easy cutting wrap roll into 12 - 1 1/2 inch slices. Place slices, cut side down, on greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown 20-25 minutes. 6 servings. |
