OVEN-POACHED FROZEN FISH 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen flounder, cod, or sole fillets, thawed
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 sm. bay leaf
1/2 c. hot water

Heat oven to 350°F.

Thaw fillets 15 minutes and cut crosswise in thirds. Place fish in shallow baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add bay leaf and water.

Cover and bake 20 minutes or until fish is opaque at center. Discard bay leaf.

Makes about 3 servings.
