1 onion, diced 1 lb. ground sausage (I prefer sage seasoned sausage) 4-6 med. potatoes, sliced thin 1/2 to 1 head cabbage, red or white 1/3 c. cider vinegar Saute onion and sausage together. Add potatoes and cook over low heat until potatoes are halfway done. Wash and chop cabbage; drain slightly. Add to mixture; cook until cabbage is wilted and potatoes are done. Stir in vinegar. Cook a few minutes longer, until flavors blend. |
