HAMBURGER CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. ground chuck
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 c. cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 (10 1/2 oz.) tomato soup

Saute onion in butter. Add ground beef, salt and pepper. Heat through but do not brown. Alternate in 2 quart dish, cabbage and mixture. Pour tomato soup over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yields 8 servings.
