HAMBURGER CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 sm. diced onion
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 soup can of water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop cabbage in large pieces and place in bottom of greased baking dish. Brown meat and onion; pour off fat.

Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Pour meat mixture over cabbage. Mix soup and water together and pour over meat mixture. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
