UPSIDE-DOWN PIZZA 
1 lb. ground turkey or beef
1/2 c. celery
Dash of garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. sliced vegetables (mushrooms, onions, whatever desired)
2 c. tomato sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls

Saute first 5 ingredients in pan. Pour in a 9x13 pan. Top with choice of vegetables. Pour tomato sauce over top, then cover with cheese. Top with rolls. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
