UPSIDE-DOWN PIZZA | |
2 lb. ground chuck 1 c. chopped onion 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls Cook beef and onion until meat is browned, stirring until meat crumbles; drain well. Stir in tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix; cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish; top with sour cream, and sprinkle with cheese. Unroll crescent rolls, and place on top of cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Yields 8 servings. |
