BAKED BEANS 
2 (40 oz.) cans Great Northern marrow fat beans, drained
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 lb. bacon
1 lg. onion

Chop bacon and fry until crisp, drain well on paper towels, dispose of all but 2 tablespoons drippings. Chop onion, cook in bacon grease until transparent; drain on paper towels. Combine remaining ingredients in roaster; add bacon and onions. Bake at 325 degrees for several hours.
