THREE BEAN CHILI 
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) red kidney beans
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) butter bean
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) garbanzo
1 can (14 oz.) tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) Spanish tomato sauce
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Heat oil in Dutch oven. Add beef, onion and garlic. Cook until beef is done. Rinse and drain cans of beans and garbanzo. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and stir occasionally. Simmer 1 1/2 hours until flavors have blended. Makes 8 servings. I substitute Heinz tomato sauce special for Spanish tomato sauce.
