ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 lb. cabbage slaw mix
1 bunch green onions
2 pkgs. Ramen noodle soup (chicken flavor)
1 c. sunflower & cashew nuts

In a large bowl mix together slaw mix, uncooked noodles from soup (broken into small pieces) and chopped green onions.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
Seasoning from soup

Mix sugar, oil, vinegar and package dry soup seasoning. Pour over salad about 2 hours before serving. Add nuts, just before serving.
