EASY CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
8 oz. dairy sour cream
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 11x13-inch baking pan. Combine all ingredients. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.

Awesome!! I make this casserole for many occasions during the year, usually doubling it and adding a little sugar.. IF you have any left overs try pan frying in a little butter and put a good crust on it... Yumm...
