I made this for thanksgiving and it turned out like a big corn muffin. I want the recipe for the soufle like corn casserole, with the hint of sharp chedar cheese! Can't find it! Lost mine.

This recipe is very good. I did alter it by reducing the butter by 1/2 stick and increasing the sour cream by the same. Very moist and a winner in my household.

I do love corn casserole, it's a staple every Holiday....this is a great recipie but can't remember if you drain the sweet corn or not....any help? Thank you!!!!

If you can find the frozen "logs" of creamed sweet corn, these make the recipe FABULOSO! I used two, sometimes 3 logs and no cans of either kind of corn. The logs look like packages of sausage. Hope you can find them, as it really makes a wonderful difference.
