CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans whole kernel corn
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion

Drain corn. Put in casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over corn.

TOPPING FOR CASSEROLE:

1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter

Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Put on top of casserole and bake 30-45 minutes at 325 degrees.

This casserole is a hit with both adults and kids. I have changed it to 4 cans whole kernel corn and Cream of Mushroom soup, but either way you make it, it's really good. I also mix all the ingredients (except topping) in a bowl before putting in the casserole dish (then add topping). This casserole can also be made in a crock pot and cooked for a couple hours.
