DILL PICKLES 
Cucumbers (sm. or med. size) (enough to fill 6 quart jars)
3 c. vinegar
2 c. water
1 c. salt
Fresh dill

Fill jars with washed cucumbers. Combine vinegar, water, and salt; boil 5 minutes. Add 1 head of dill weed to each jar and pour hot vinegar mixture into jars. Seal.
