DILL PICKLES 
1 L.A. Log box 2-4 inch cucumbers
2 bunches dill
Garlic
1 c. plain salt
1 c. vinegar
6 qts. water
20 jars

Wash jars and cucumbers. Place in each jar in bottom 2 toes of garlic and a medium piece of dill then stuff with cucumbers. Boil water, vinegar and salt with stalk of dill in brine. Pour hot brine over cucumbers. Place more dill on top and seal. If more brine needed, repeat.

Let stand about 3 weeks.
