MINT JELLO SALAD 
2 cans (large) crushed pineapple drained
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 pkg. small marshmallows
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. yellow mints crushed

Heat 1 cup pineapple juice and add lime Jello mix until dissolved. Add small marshmallows and pineapple. Chill overnight. Add Cool Whip and crushed mints. May freeze.
