STROMBOLI 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. green pepper
3 oz. tomato paste
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese - reserve for top of meat mixture

Brown ground beef and sausage; drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Put as much mozzarella cheese as you like on bottom half of a loaf of French bread. Spread meat mixture over the cheese. Cover with other half of bread. Wrap in foil and bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees. (Cut into serving sizes before baking, or use stromboli buns.)
