STROMBOLI 
1/2 lb. ham
1/4 lb. Genoa salami
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
1 sm. jar Mancini roasted peppers
2 rolls Pillsbury crescent rolls
3 eggs

Cut cold cuts and cheese into thin strips; set aside. Roll out one roll of crescents, but leave it in a sheet. Place the sheet into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan and push up the dough in the corners. Layer the cold cuts, cheese, and peppers. Beat the eggs and pour on top of the cold cuts, but leave enough egg to brush the top of pastry at the end. Put the other rolled out sheet of crescent rolls on top and seal all the edges. Brush with remaining eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
